Some of you might have visited ProductCamp before, and some of you might be new to the concept. If you fall in the last category, this explanation is for you, if you fall into the first… then you might still learn a thing or two. In this article you'll read the why, who, what, where and how of ProductCamp Amsterdam 2024. We intend to convince you that joining ProductCamp Amsterdam is a great idea.
We are organizing ProductCamp Amsterdam for 3 reasons;
1. Knowledge sharing; life's short and you can't (re)invent every wheel, better learn from others.
2. Socializing; we just enjoy meeting like-minded product people.
3. There's plenty of Product events, but very few that are non-commercial, hosted by the participants themselves. We dig this concept.
ProductCamp is for anyone involved with product development. Our focus is mainly on product owners and product managers, but if you're in product design, product marketing or product sales, you're also more than welcome!
The event is structured as an unconference. That means we'll kick off with a keynote with an industry heavyweight. Can't spoil it here… but subscribe to our newsletter and be the first to know who! After this we'll have 4 rounds of breakout sessions where you can meet and learn from other product people. Lunch will of course be provided. Last but not least; To finish the day there'll be a short central closing meeting and drinks!
The great thing about Product Camp is that it's hosted for- and by the participants, so if you join, please do think about topics that you might want to know more about, or share knowledge about in a session. Covering all possible formats would be a post of its own… so find it here.
